Prefecture 48
Prefecture 48 is Australia's premier Japanese dining precinct in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Six distinct venues unified by culture, history, and culinary excellence. Garaku Kaiseki, Ibushi Robata Grill, Omakase, Five Modern European, Dear Florence Patisserie, and Whisky Thief Bar.
We worked directly with Prefecture 48's team as a true extension of their internal marketing effort. Our role was to understand the culture, history, art, leadership, and craft behind each venue, then communicate that authentically through content strategy, creation, and distribution.
We didn't just launch one restaurant. We launched six distinct experiences, with six distinct stories, at the same time. We helped drive their online presence from zero to 10,000 organic followers pre launch, with zero paid advertising, and supported the complete sell out of all venue reservations for multiple weeks.

Hands-On Partnership
We were embedded in Prefecture 48's team from day one. Planning, strategizing, positioning, creating, distributing, and managing every element of the launch narrative.
- Pre launch, launch, and post launch strategy development
- Content planning and positioning across six sub brands
- Go to market narrative and positioning framework
- Sub brand social presence establishment from zero
- Photography and video production across all venues
- Chef interviews and storytelling
- Menu and food and beverage content capture
- Community management and audience building
- Organic social media management and distribution
Understanding the Story
We conducted extensive photo and video shoots across all six venues. We captured the architecture, the craftsmanship of each chef's vision, the menus, the spaces, and the people behind each experience. Every asset was created to communicate the true essence of Prefecture 48. Culture, history, artistry, and culinary excellence.

The Outcome
All organic. All authentic. All driven by understanding the true story of Prefecture 48 and communicating it with clarity and craft. Zero paid media. Complete market penetration. Sold out.
