The Beginning
Molotov Creative was founded by David Jefferis after years across hospitality, technology, and marketing. Built from the ground up with a clear mission: create powerful impact through creativity, smart strategy, and genuine care. Bootstrapped from day one, every early project was personal, hands on, and outcome driven.









Building and Growing
Focused on helping local brands grow through social media, content creation and hands on consultation. Word of mouth became the biggest driver of new business. As results compounded, Molotov expanded across hospitality, lifestyle, technology, beauty, construction and wholesale, evolving from a solo venture into a growing creative team without losing the boutique approach.
Scaling Together
David and Sophie joined forces, combining agency and in-house marketing experience into one growth engine. Through COVID and beyond, they built stronger creative direction, refined campaign processes, and grew into a true extension of client teams. Molotov scaled alongside multi-venue groups, fast-growing brands and larger organisations, expanding across social media, content production, paid media, influencer marketing and integrated campaign strategy.

Rather than operating at arm's length, Dave works directly with clients to align strategy with business goals and ensure campaigns deliver meaningful outcomes. His background in brand growth, social media, and performance marketing has helped businesses of all sizes scale their presence and impact.

Sophie Jefferis

With experience across both agency and in-house marketing roles, Sophie specialises in client management, strategic planning, and integrated campaign development. She combines strong strategic insight with exceptional organisation and project leadership, keeping every stakeholder informed and every project on track.

Lisa Solinareos
Lisa is a senior content and social specialist with over eight years of experience across journalism, video production, and digital media.
Having worked both agency side and in-house, Lisa brings a sharp editorial eye, strong storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of social platforms and audience behaviour. Her work spans content production, editing, creative strategy, and campaign execution.
